Customer Services Manager

To Manage all activity within the Customer Services department for the company's Paternity and Relationship Testing business with the objective of providing highest levels of service to our customers, maximising sales opportunities and ensuring seamless administration.

Customer Service Advisor

To provide excellent customer service to all customers through telephone and written communications. Achieve targets and objectives to support the continued growth and success of the business.

Forensic Casework Examiner

A scientist with a biological background, to carry out the examination of forensic casework items by taking a share in the Biology caseload. This person will be expected to assist under instruction with a high level of accuracy and prepare meticulous detailed case notes for use in a court of Law.

Account Manager: Forensics

The oversight of nominated customer accounts and management of the liaison between key contacts and Cellmark’s forensic operations to ensure that our customers receive the highest levels of support and service.

Reporting Scientist: Forensics

A forensic scientist with biological specialisation who has experience of a broad range of scientific techniques, scene attendance and court appearance as an expert witness. This person will be expected to handle a full casework load and to provide forensic case strategy, whilst providing a liaison point with our police customers.

Laboratory Analyst: Human Identity

To undertake DNA analysis of samples submitted to the laboratory
